Refund and Return Policy


As a non-profit publication run by students, we appreciate your understanding regarding returns of our blank publications. For return inquiries, please reach out to us directly at

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.


Certain situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • Publications showing signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is not delivered to us, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund.

Shipping returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at to obtain shipping details. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Again, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
